Bahama Breeze has quite a few vegan options, ranging from chips & guacamole to more unique foods like Jackfruit Tacos, there’s plenty of vegan options at Bahama Breeze.
Not only do they have some good vegan options for us adult-vegans, but they also have naturally vegan kids meals which is really quite unique!
They’re owned by their parent company Darden Restaurants, which has other restaurant brands like Yard House which also has some pretty great vegan options.

Vegan Main Course Options at Bahama Breeze:
- Black Bean & Guacamole Tacos (no cheese)
- Bowtie Pasta with Tomato Sauce (Kids size or Adult Size)
- Black Bean Stuffed Vegetarian Bowl (no cheese)
- House Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Plain Black Bean Patty (No Bun, Cheese, or Sauce)
- Bowtie pasta with tomato sauce (Kids Only?)
Technically you can order Vegan Salads by removing nearly everything from them other than the lettuce, however it’s really not worth the effort. Just order a large house salad with one of the vegan vinaigrette’s or dressings and maybe ask if they could put some tropical fruit on it like they do in some of their non-vegan salads.
