Everything Vegan at Sweet Frog (2023)

Sweet Frog has tons of vegan-friendly sorbets and even some non-dairy frozen yogurt flavors that are vegan-friendly — however not all are always available at each location as they rotate the menu on a daily/weekly basis.

So keep that in mind — when you go to Sweet Frog don’t expect all the below vegan-options, as they don’t have space for all of them at once — instead expect a few of the below sorbets, a non-dairy frozen yogurt (ice-cream like), and all the below-mentioned vegan toppings and sauces.

Sweet Frog has way more vegan-friendly options than their competitors — places like Cold Stone and Dippin’ Dots have way less vegan options than sweet frog.

Vegan-Friendly Sorbet’s at SweetFrog:

  • Acai Berry Sorbet
  • Chocolate Fudge Sorbet
  • Caramelized Pineapple Sorbet
  • Green Apple Sorbet
  • Key Lime Sorbet
  • Mango Sorbet
  • Orange Splash Sorbet
  • Passion Orange Guava Sorbet
  • Pink Lemonade Sorbet
  • Raspberry Lime Mojito Sorbet
  • Pomegranate Raspberry Sorbet
  • Strawberry Kiwi Sorbet
  • Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet
  • Very Berry Sorbet
  • Watermelon Sorbet

All the Dairy-Free Sorbets SweetFrog currently offers are vegan-friendly — or at least the ones we verified above. Personally our favorites are the ones that contain berry-flavors, such as the Pomegranate Raspberry or the Raspberry Lime Mojito — but all of them are quite good.

Vegan “Dole Whip” (Real Fruit) Flavors at SweetFrog:

  • Dole Cherry
  • Dole Lemon
  • Dole Lime
  • Dole Mango
  • Dole Orange
  • Dole Pineapple
  • Dole Raspberry
  • Dole Strawberry
  • Dole Watermelon

Keep in mind while all the “Dole Whip” flavors are vegan-friendly, or at least the ones we verified above, they are not actually 100% fruit or anything close to it — so if you want them, get them, but don’t think it’s the healthier option. It’s alright, but it’s still just a sugar and joy-supplement.

Vegan Frozen Yogurt (Ice-cream) Flavors at SweetFrog:

  • Silk Almond Chocolate
  • Silk Almond Vanilla

Pretty standard ice-cream type of flavors, they’re good, but nothing special you can’t find at a grocery store — but hey the topping take things to a whole’nother level and can make them quite interesting in their own right. Not to mention ice-creamy flavors are much better on waffle cones than the sorbet flavors.

Vegan-Friendly Toppings at Sweet-Frog:

Since there’s so many we’ll break them into smaller sections — starting with fruity things and ending with some delicious sugary sauces.

  • Strawberries

Vegan-Friendly Boba Poppers:

  • Blueberry
  • Cherry
  • Kiwi
  • Mango Sorbet
  • Orange

  • Tropical

Vegan-Friendly Candy Options:

  • Jolly Ranchers

Vegan-Friendly Nutty Healthy Toppings:

  • Pecans
  • Walnuts
  • Wet Walnuts
  • Maraschino Cherries
  • Shredded Coconut

Vegan-Friendly Sauces & Chocolate Bits:

  • Strawberry Sauce
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Peanut Butter Sauce

Those are all the Vegan-Friendly Toppings & Sauces SweetFrog offers currently —  we’d recommend getting some nuts with pretty much anything you get at SweetFrog as it’ll make the relatively low-fat frozen goods much more satisfying and healthy. Obviously add some others — but some nuts are a must in our opinion.

Other Vegan Items at SweetFrog:

  • Waffle Bowl
  • Waffle Cone
  • Bottled Water

The Waffle-Cones are vegan-friendly contrary to what many people think — just make sure it’s not chocolate-dipped, apparently some locations how chocolaty cones that aren’t always vegan-friendly, so make sure you just get a normal waffle cone or bowl — or of course skip it and simply opt for a paper bowl.
